Business Plan

Hawthorn Housing Co-operative has produced this Business Plan to set out our mission and values, alongside our objectives, plans and resources for the future. The Co-op has agreed a five year Business Plan to provide it with a clear strategic direction up until 2029.  We will review our progress against the plan every year and check whether we need to tweak our plan for the following year.  We would like to thank Alison Smith from Allanpark Consultants for her support in developing this plan.
